Your satisfaction is very important to us. In case you are not fully satisfied, please note the following:

We accept returns and exchanges of merchandise in original, unused condition within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The refund or credit will include the shipping costs of the order. However, the shipping costs related to the return will not be refunded and will remain at your expense.

No returns accepted after 14 days. For all discounted items, the same return rules apply as for non-sale items.

INSURED SHIPMENTS
In case of theft or loss, refund procedures will be initiated. Package insurance allows for faster management of any refund or compensation procedures.
